| I drove from Sacramento to Boise to pick up a friend before driving to Vermont to drop him off at his school. While I was parked at his place for the night a bunch of kids did basically the same thing. Thing that pissed me off is that about 6-12 months later I got a letter from the kid apologizing (part of a juvi program I believe). While I'm glad he feels bad, an apology without compensation is an empty gesture.
